How-To: Transfer between Windows PC’s easily!
It’s all too well known that Mac users really do have the upper hand when it comes to transferring between computers and there hasn’t really been a very clear or easy way for you to transfer everything (including your programs) between computers. Until now!After a client asking us to transfer 100 Windows PCs to new PCs I figured I needed to find a piece of software which could help us do this job easier (the Easy Transfer Cables never really worked well for us) and luckily, I found a piece of software which works perfectly!
Now you can transfer between any Windows PC – even cross platform between XP, Vista and 7! All your programs, settings, documents, files, everything is transferred.
This program operates by repackaging your installed programs and reinstalling them on your new computer along with the previous settings, it’s very simple to use and all you need is an external storage device of some description or even a shared network drive where you can create the backup file for, then install the application on the destination PC and restore the backup and you’re done! It couldn’t be simpler!
